Amanda's Anti-Inflammatory Oatmeal

Meet your new fibre-packed breakfast staple: a homemade turmeric oatmeal loaded with rolled oats, lupin flakes, ur gut®, nuts, seeds, cranberries and a generous hit of turmeric.

Prepare a batch once, then scoop out ¼ cup of the oatmeal mix, add your milk of choice, sliced banana and a drizzle of honey, and breakfast is sorted.

With a diverse range of fibres from oats, lupins, seeds and ur gut®, this bowl helps nourish your microbiome while keeping you fuelled and satisfied throughout the morning.

Why the black pepper and turmeric?

Black pepper contains piperine, a natural compound that significantly boosts the absorption of turmeric's active ingredient, curcumin. Making this duo more than just a flavour pairing.
