Our savoury oatmeal recipe is perfect for when you're over sweet oatmeal recipes. You can add more protein or tailor ingredients to your preferences.

Ingredient List

For the Oatmeal:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp parmasan
  • 2 Tbsp ur gut®
  • 2 Tbsp nutritonal yeast

Toppings

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil for frying
  • 1 spring onion
  • 200 grams of mushroom
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 boiled or fried egg

Instructions

  • Cook the oatmeal in the water and simmer until desired consistency is reached. Add salt
  • Whilst your oatmeal is cooking head up a frying pan with olive oil. Cook mushrooms with salt and garlic powder until fully cooked, add in the spinach
  • Once oatmeal is finished finish with pepper, paramasan and nutritional yeast and add in ur gut®
  • Plate everything with mushrooms, a boiled or fried egg, spinach, extra pepper and enjoy
