Ingredient List

  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup LSA
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/4 of oats, coconut, or crushed nuts for coating
  • 60 grams ur gut

Instructions

  • Soak dates in 1/2 cup of boiled water for ten minutes and then mash with a fork. Do not drain water.
  • Place LSA, cocoa, oats and coconut in a bowl and stir through date mixture. Combine thoroughly.
  • Form 8 balls and roll in either oats or desiccated coconut or another coating of your choice.

Raw balls can be refrigerated or frozen.
