"I have been using ur gut on a daily basis for almost 12 months. I had never used any product of this kind before and I was looking for something to reduce perimenopausal bloating and improve my bowel habits. ur gut delivered 100%! Not only did ur gut give me the results I was looking for, I have also noticed a decrease in my migraine and headache episodes which is fantastic. 
The powder was so easy to incorporate it into my diet. I started by mixing it into my morning yogurt or porridge. However now, for me, I prefer to dissolve it into a small glass of juice and knock it back in 3 gulps. Fast, simple, easy!

'I am a 77 yo with constipation prevalent IBS who was unable  to BREAK the IBS cycle of constipation/diarrhoea with fibre like psyllium and prunes.  I was ready to start  the complex low FODMAP diet however i knew i might require the assistance of a dietitian.  Instead i started urgut fibre supplement 3 months ago and my IBS symptoms including chronic constipation have greatly improved. I have found the product works very well for me. I have never in my 88 years of life had anything that works so well. I pass comfortable, well-formed stools every day with no straining or constipation. I originally purchased the ur gut product for my wife, who has some form of irritable bowel syndrome, and it seemed to help her quite a lot from other sources, she has always been affected by apricots and other fruit, raisins, sultanas etc. I will encourage her to try again. She does acknowledge that it improved her tummy.

What is the main ingredient in ur gut®?

ur gut® is primarily made from resistant starch, a type of dietary fibre that resists digestion in the small intestine and ferments in the large intestine—feeding beneficial gut bacteria

What is the best way to use ur gut®?

Start with a teaspoon of ur gut® sprinkled on your breakfast foods, added to a smoothie, or juice, or mixed into yoghurt. Build up slowly, drinking plenty of water. 8 teaspoons a day of ur gut® can be the optimum dose for some (Not in one go! Separate it into 2~3 times a day), but you do you! If 2- 4 teaspoons a day works well, then stay with that!

Is ur gut® gluten-free?

Yes, ur gut® is gluten-free, and also dairy free, is low in sodium and FODMAPs and has no added sugar or artificial colours. It’s also vegan.

Is ur gut® vegan-friendly?

Yes, resistant starch is plant-based and suitable for vegan diets.

How much fibre does each serving contain?

In 20g or one serving of ur gut® there is 11g of dietary fibre and about 7g of resistant starch, that is about half your recommended daily intake per day.

How do I know it will work?

ur gut® has been tested in ECU-led clinical trials that were conducted on people with IBS symptoms who were following a diet low in FODMAPs
